To enjoy a feel-good factor through moving rhythmically with others. To stretch, mobilise, to maintain and extend range of movement. To strengthen muscles which will maintain efficient posture. Improve balance and co-ordination. Stimulate mental alerness. Give flexibility also muscle and bone strengthening.
