We have four flexible spaces available for hire for community activities, events and services, each of which is available for hire.
Our centre is open from 9am until 8:30pm Monday to Friday, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 9:30am until 8:30pm. Although it may, from time to time, be possible to accommodate hire out with these times.
Our building has a number of facilities available including;
- A very small free car park at the back of our building, available on a first come first serve basis.
- Free wifi (though it does have some filters).
- Separate male and female toilets, and an accessible toilet with baby changing.
- Separate male and female changing room with showers (but no lockers).
- Both our ground floor and first floor are level access, with a lift available to mov between floors.
- Level floor access into our building is available via our secondary entrance from our car park. There is level access from Nicolson Street to our car park.
We also ask hirers to be aware that;
- We have no secure bike parking within our grounds. No bikes should be brought into our building. E-bikes and e-scooters are not permitted in our building or grounds.
- Hirers do not have access to our kitchen.
- Smoking and vaping is not permitted in our building or grounds.
Hall
Our very large hall located on our first floor is suitable for martial arts, dance, theatre and large gatherings.
Monday to Friday: £30 per hour.
Saturday and Sunday: £45 per hour.
Room 1
Large general purpose room located on our ground floor, with a ceiling mounted projector and wall mounted screen.
Monday to Friday: £15 per hour.
Saturday and Sunday: £20 per hour.
Room 2
Small general purpose room location on our ground floor, usually set up board room style but very flexible.
Monday to Friday: £15 per hour.
Saturday and Sunday: £20 per hour.
Cafe seating area
Available for use out with our café opening times, but doesn’t include our kitchen.
Monday to Friday: £15 per hour.
Saturday and Sunday: £20 per hour.
